Drop-In Wine LLC (“Drop-In Wine”) considers the privacy and security of user information an important component of the service offered at its website, dropinwine.com (“Site”). The following information explains how Drop-In Wine collects and uses information obtained from its registered users in connection with services available at the Site (taken together, the “Service”).
What this Policy Covers.
This Policy covers Drop-In Wine’s treatment of personal information that Drop-In Wine gathers when you are on the Site and when you use the Service. Also, this Policy covers Drop-In Wine’s treatment of personal information that Drop-In Wine’s business partners share with Drop-In Wine. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Drop-In Wine does not own or control, or to individuals that Drop-In Wine does not employ or manage.
Personal Information Collected and How We Use It.
- A) Information You Provide to Us:
We may receive and store information you enter on the Site or otherwise provide to us. You can choose not to provide us with (or prevent us from receiving) certain personal information, but this may prevent your access to special features that comprise the Service. The personal information you provide may be used for such purposes as responding to your requests for certain information and products and services, customizing the advertising and content you see, and communicating with you about the Service. In order for you to use certain features of the Service, you may be required to complete a registration form. As part of this registration form/booking form, you must provide your name and your email address.

Drop-In Wine may automatically receive and record certain “traffic data” on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Drop-In Wine cookie information, and the page you requested. Drop-In Wine uses this traffic data to help diagnose problems with its server, analyze trends and administer the website.

Drop-In Wine cookies do not collect personal information, and we do not combine information collected through cookies with other personal information to tell us who you are or what your email address is.

De-identified information does not include personally identifiable information relating to Registered Users such as name, email address, or address, but may include gender, height, weight, postal code, and medical information such as diagnosis and stage of illness. Aggregated information is information from multiple users that cannot be “re-identified”, or associated with any individual user or account.
Information You Share With the Public.
The Site will allow you to post information into a public forum. If you post personal information into a public forum, the public will have access to such information. Please note, once you make a public posting through the Website, you may not be able to change or remove it.
Agents.
We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Our agents are obligated to meet the same level of privacy protection with respect to your personal data as we do. Unless we tell you differently, Drop-In Wine’s agents do not have any right to use the personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.

You are able to add or update certain information on pages, such as those listed in the “Updating Your Information” section above. When you update information, however, we often maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records.
You may request deletion of your Drop-In Wine account by sending e-mail to dropinwine@gmail.com. Please note that some information may remain in our records after deletion of your account.
Children.
You must be 21 years and older to register to use the Service. As a result, Drop-In Wine does not specifically collect information about children.
Third Party Sites.
The Service may permit you to link to other websites on the Internet, and other websites may contain links to the Site. These other websites are not under Drop-In Wine’s control. The privacy and security practices of websites linked to or from the Site are not covered by this Privacy Statement, and Drop-In Wine is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.

Drop-In Wine reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Statement at any time by posting a notice at the Site. Information collected by the Service is subject to the Privacy Statement in effect at the time of use.
