Originating from the Soave Classico region, this wine is made from the garganega grape. It conveys typical features of this style and region. Although has some fruit on the tongue and nose such as apple and pear a wildflower presence is more noticeable with almond on the finish. This versatile white wine pairs with a variety of foods, such as lightly seasoned poultry and fish as well as salads with a citrusy dressing. Serve chilled 45-50°F.
